Status quo and development trend of PVC wood plastic heat stabilizer

<

After entering the 21st century, due to the increasingly st≤rict requirements for global environmental protection, the regu♦lations restricting heavy metal heat stabilizers are increasingly intensifie∑d, so that the production and consumption of stabilizers are further developing in th>e direction of non-toxic, low toxicity and compound effect, lead-free and cadmium-free has attrac∑ted the attention of developed countries, and alternative products™ continue to appear and apply, the application of lead, cadmiu↔m, especially cadmium heat stabilizers has gradually declined, and some non-toxic or low-toxiciβty heat stabilizers such as organotin compounds, calcium and zi♦nc soap salts, rare earth heat stabilizers, etc.

Although in recent years, there are many deficiencies and gaps in the thermostable level of compou₹nd, non-toxic and low-toxicity in China, such as fewer varieties and small production scale. Th e production and application of new heat stabilizers in Chinσa are far from meeting the development of domestic PVC wood plastic,σ and the heat stabilizers required for some relatively♥ high-end products mainly rely on imports. The rapid de velopment of PVC wood plastic in China provides a good market guarantee and broad dev→elopment space for the development of the heat stabilizer industry, and also puts forward♣ higher requirements for the heat stabilizer industry. To≈ strengthen the research and development of new thermal stabilizers in China, PVCε wood plastic thermal stabilizers should pay attention to the f×ollowing points:

1. Strengthen the improvement of the original lead-free cadmi∑um-free calcium and zinc heat stabilizer to improve the quality of the ori↕ginal products;

2. According to the source of raw materials and market d₩istribution, gradually establish a centralized large-scale auxiliary production plant g×roup;

3. Cooperate with the development and production of ot↕her PVC wood plastic additives to further reduce resource waste and environmental dyeing, ←and promote the sustainable development of the "gεreen" additives industry.
